Artificial Intelligence Student Association
Artificial Intelligence Student Association (AISA) is the University of Oregon’s hub for AI research, innovation, and hands-on experimentation. As a key partner of the IF Lab, AISA leads projects that apply artificial intelligence to solve real-world challenges. From AI-powered research assistants to prompt engineering workshops and AI-driven governance models, AISA is committed to making AI more accessible, ethical, and practical.Through speaker panels, industry collaborations, and student-led projects, AISA equips members with the knowledge and technical experience necessary to thrive in the AI landscape. By working closely with IF Lab, AISA contributes to cutting-edge research while fostering a community of AI enthusiasts, builders, and thought leaders.

QuackHacks
QuackHacks is the University of Oregon’s flagship hackathon, bringing together students for 24 hours of coding, collaboration, and innovation. As a core partner of IF Lab, QuackHacks provides a platform for students to test new ideas, build AI-powered applications, and push creative boundaries in software development.
From AI-driven tools to blockchain-integrated applications, QuackHacks fosters a fast-paced environment where students prototype and launch new projects while networking with like-minded peers. Many IF Lab research projects begin as hackathon concepts, making QuackHacks an essential pillar in our ecosystem.
